To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 25. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date we will have to mark you as ‘no’ as we need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you understand.
Please arrive at 5:45 PM prior to the ceremony start time of 6:00pm to find the venue and your seat. For guests staying at our JW Marriott block, the venue is an easy 3-minute walk from the hotel. Head 2 blocks northwest on Harwood St and take a right on Flora St. We encourage all other guests, including anyone staying at the Dallas Marriott Downtown, to take an Uber or Lyft to make things simple and stress-free. If you prefer to drive, there is paid parking available directly across from the venue at the Trammell Crow garage. Please allow a few extra minutes to park and walk over.
Our wedding is Formal, meaning we ask that men wear a formal suit and tie and that women wear a floor length gown or formal midi dress.
Due to our venue's capacity restrictions, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on your invitation.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Outside of the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
Yes! The the sun will be shining (hopefully), and both the ceremony and reception will be outside. The average high in Dallas during the month of October is 81°F, with a low of 59°F. Please dress appropriately and stay hydrated!
