We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 3:30 PM to find their seats and settle in. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at CharKuu 102 Homestead.
A block of rooms are reserved for our guests at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton. Please visit the 'Travel Accommodations' tab on our website for more information and to book. Please book by August 21st!
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from our designated hotel to the venue at 3:00 PM with return trips throughout the evening at 11:30 PM and 1:00 AM. If not using the shuttle service, there is parking available at the venue.
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire. We encourage guests to dress in cocktail attire, such as dresses, jumpsuits, suits, dress pants, button-down shirts and ties. As the ceremony will take place outdoors, we suggest choosing footwear suitable for grass.
Please RSVP as early as possible, but no later than August 1st, 2026.
If you receive a plus one, your guest’s name will be listed on the envelope of your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
We decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the little ones in our wedding party. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
