FAQs

Think of this shindig as the best back yard party you've been to in a long time. The bonus is that you get to watch Brad's wicked dance moves while Sarah does shots and makes a run for the slip-n-slide (yes, you read that right). There will also be a tractor pull for anyone who wants to have even MORE fun! If you still have questions, just let us know!
Question

Why aren't you hosting a traditional event?

Answer

Well kids, the truth is that we prefer going our own way on this one. And we don't feel like we need all the jazz (or stress) that comes along with hosting a traditional wedding in order to share our happiness with our family and friends. Laid-back is who we are - as individuals and as a couple and we want a celebration that reflects that. Outside of the ordinary, venturing off the beaten path is where you'll find us.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

It's like you don't even know us. Of course. We'll be having smoked chicken & pork butt (cooke by the Ream & MacKenzie families, so you know it'll be scrumptious) plus few tasty sides. And of course dessert. if you have a favorite dish or snack you'd love to share, we're down for that too!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Sure. Bring a plus-two or three if you wish. The more the merrier!

Question

What about booze?

Answer

Again...do you even know us? Why are you here? Of course.... we'll have beer and small assortment of liquor for mixed drinks. You're also welcome to bring your own.

Question

Can I camp?

Answer

You party animal! We love that you're ready to party the night away with us! Of course you can camp - there's plenty of room at the farm.

Question

What about the 'rona?

Answer

Look - we get it! Not everyone is comfortable going out and we understand! This is an outdoor event with plenty of room to keep your distance if you choose to come by. Wear a mask if that's your preference. There will be a sink available for handwashing, ample hand sanitzier and plenty of air-hugs if you want to say hello but don't want to get too close. If you're REALLY nervous being around other people but also REALLY want to come say hi, consider swinging by closer to 2 when there will be less people. And of course....no one wants to get sick (no matter whatcha got) so if you are feeling unwell or have been sick the week prior, please just stay home & we can catch up at a later date.

Question

What about.....

Answer

If we missed something important & you still have questions, please reach out to one of us personally.

For all the days along the way
