What will Lodging Look Like?

The wedding party plans on leaving the Broomfield area the evening of Thursday, April 22 for Estes Park. Lodging before Thursday (4/22): If you are arriving earlier in the week, feel free to book a place in Estes Park and explore the area! Estes Park is beautiful! Or you can book a hotel in the Broomfield area where we would love to share the life we have created here in Colorado! Lodging after Thursday (4/22) : We recommend booking accommodations in the Estes Park area near the Estes Park 18-hole Golf Course. The plan is to have everyone in Estes Park at least Friday through Sunday (4/25). The plan is to make the house where the wedding party is staying the house where everyone can gather during the day and after the wedding if we continue the festivities.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting a semi-formal attire for our wedding. The ceremony will be outdoors so please dress accordingly! The weather can be very unpredictable, especially in the mountains, so be ready for anything!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We respectfully request no children at the wedding. Please take this night as an opportunity to enjoy a night out with your partner, family, and friends!

Will there be a shuttle service from our lodging to the venue?

Answer

As of now, we are planning on hiring a shuttle service from the wedding party lodge to the venue. The wedding party lodge should have enough parking spaces to accommodate your vehicle.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As most of the invitees already have spouses, we are hoping you bring them! For those without a spouse, you may bring a plus one.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know at least 3 months in advance. We would prefer you note any allergies when you RSVP.
