Are children invited?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone and their children to our wedding but unfortunately our venue has limited space. Due to this, we're limiting children to immediate family only. We thank you for understanding.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Woldumar is a beautiful place and we're excited to spend the entire wedding on the property. The ceremony will be held in the Walnut Glen Amphitheater which is just yards away from the reception location in RE Olds Anderson Rotary barn.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

No. Woldumar has a strict no-smoking policy. The only place smoking is allowed is inside your personal vehicle in the parking lot. Violation of the policy could result in the entire wedding being ejected from the property so we ask you to please adhere to the rules.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is a golf-cart available to shuttle those who need assistance to the ceremony and reception areas and an elevator in the barn to take people up to the reception floor.

Will there be food and drink served?

Answer

What's a wedding without some good eats and a little libation? We'll have a buffet dinner immediately following the ceremony, delicious catered dessert, and an open bar.

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Since the ceremony and reception are in the same location and parking is ample, we encourage everyone to car pool, but we are also working on having shuttles from the hotel available.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! Please be aware that, as this is a nature preserve, the ceremony location is just shy of a quarter mile from the parking lot. Wearing flats is advised.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We've included a pre-addressed RSVP card for your convenience! Just add your return address and a stamp and pop it in the mail. We're so excited to have you!
