Question

How do I get to the wedding reception?

Answer

We will be offering transportation for our guests to/from the accommodations and the wedding reception (see the accommodations page for more info). However, there is also free parking available at Arapahoe Basin should you choose to drive yourself. Please plan ahead with a designated driver if you are driving. All guests will arrive to the venue via a 5 minute chairlift ride!

What’s the venue like?

Answer

The Blake Mountain Lodge is located halfway up the Arapahoe Basin ski resort! The elevation at the lodge is 11,600ft, which can be challenging for some people coming from lower elevations. If time allows, consider arriving to Denver or Summit County a few days before the wedding to aclimate to the elevation. The weather in the mountains can be very unpredictable so please plan accordingly and make sure you bring a coat for the chairlift ride down at the end of the night.

What’s the dress code?

Semi-formal attire for the wedding reception and casual attire for welcome drinks.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we’d be happy for you to bring your kid(s) along! Their names should be included when you RSVP, but please let us know if we missed anyone.

Yes! You should be able to RSVP for you and your plus one when you go to the RSVP page, but please let us know if we missed anyone.
