Renaissance Albany Hotel

This is the only hotel where we have a discounted block of rooms. Please note the following: — The link provided is the link to our specific discounted hotel block. Kindly use this link to book as opposed to calling the hotel. — You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your stay. — We will be providing transportation between the hotel and the wedding venue (about 40 minutes away). You are welcome to use our transportation even if you aren't staying at this hotel (we'll just need to know for a headcount). — We are financially obligated to guarantee all rooms in our block get filled, so we are only adding rooms to our block in small increments. If you see no more rooms available, just let one of us (Blake or Sarah!) know and we can try to add more rooms! — If you are planning to stay only on Sunday night, check-in is unfortunately at 4PM, which is after our transportation will be departing for the venue. You can call the hotel the day before to request an early check-in, as the hotel sometimes has rooms ready early, but otherwise we recommend coming all ready to go and dropping your stuff with reception. You are also welcome to opt to come Saturday as well and make it a weekend trip. There will be a welcome event with light bites on Saturday evening at The Renaissance if you choose to come for both nights. Let us know if you have any questions!
