When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, or at the latest by June 1st, 2026 so we can provide final counts to our venue. We appreciate your timely response!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes — cocktail attire. Think colorful, mountain-inspired outfits: long dresses or dressy jumpsuits, and button-downs with slacks (ties encouraged!). Please note that evenings in Colorado can be cool and breezy, so you may want to bring a light layer.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We recommend staying at the Best Western in Buena Vista, which is also one of the shuttle pickup locations. Guests may also enjoy Airbnb options along or near Main Street for a walkable, mountain-town feel. For more details and links, please see the Travel tab on our website.

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have guest shuttles running to and from the venue (about 10 minutes away). Shuttles will pick up from the Best Western in Buena Vista as well as select stops along Main Street, and return shuttles will be available after the celebration. If you prefer, you are also welcome to drive yourself—there is ample parking at the venue—but we encourage everyone to take advantage of the shuttles for convenience and a stress-free experience.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles will begin running around 3:00 PM and will have everyone at the venue by 3:45 PM for our 4:00 PM ceremony. If you’re taking the shuttle, just plan to be ready for one of the early pickups so you can arrive comfortably and on time.
