Shuttle Information -Depart hotel at 1:45 -While regular check-in time at the hotel is 3:00, early check-in is possible, but not guaranteed. If you would like to try for early check-in, you should call the hotel on Friday morning. -If you are unable to check in early, you are invited to leave your car in the hotel parking lot, take the shuttle at 1:45, and check in at the hotel after the reception. This has been cleared with the hotel. -Please note that there will be a separate bus taking the groom and groomsmen from the hotel to the church. -The shuttle bus will also transport you from the church to the reception, and the reception back to the hotel at the end of the evening.
