There are many wonderful places to stay in Charleston. We hesitated to recommend one preferred location with all the great options. If you have pets, we would recommend looking at Airbnb or Vrbos, if you want to experience downtown Charleston, Charleston Place is top of the line and centrally located, if you would prefer other options on a budget, Mount Pleasant and James Island have many accommodation options are will be convenient for the weekend's events.
