Fall of Freshman year for Sarah and Fall of Junior year for Austin. We both had been on campus since August for soccer preseason. It was a Saturday night and the women's and mens team were having a "get together". Some say it was love at first sight for us, others say it was a "chasing game" but 7 years later we are here!

With a week to spare before our trip to San Diego I finally got the call that the ring was ready and the plan was finally set in motion. The location was set, the time was set, the photographer was set and most importantly the ring was set and ready to go. It was a gloomy day in San Diego so we naturally set off for the best spot in San Diego to watch a sunset, Sunset Cliffs. An extremely unsuspecting Sarah and I walked down to the perfect location looking over the cliffs and a quick signal to the photographer set everything in motion. Of course I remembered everything I wanted to say and even remembered to ask Sarah to marry me. She said YES and the rest is history! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Massachusetts!
