How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be held at the Embassy Suites in Akron. Directions... From the North: Take 77 South to exit 112 Shuffel St. NW. Turn right off exit and travel .2 miles to Freedom Ave. NW., turn right - hotel is on the right. From the South: 77N to exit 112 Shuffel St. NW. Right off exit to Freedom Ave. NW., turn right - hotel is on the right. From the NE: 76 West to 77S to exit 112 Shuffel St. NW. Right off exit to Freedom Ave. NW., turn right - hotel is on the right. From the SW: 30 East to 77N to exit 112 Shuffel St. NW. Right off exit to Freedom Ave. NW., turn right - hotel is on the right From the Akron-Canton Regional Airport: Upon exiting the airport enter I-77 traveling south. Take exit 112 Shuffel St. NW., turn right. Travel .2 miles. and turn right on Freedom Ave. NW. Hotel will be on the right after turning on to Freedom Ave. NW. Distance from Hotel: 2 miles

When is the RSVP deadline?

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by March 3rd using the RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP section on our website.

What can I do between the ceremony and the reception?

There will be a cocktail hour right after the ceremony. So get your drinks, start socializing and get ready for a night to remember!

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style and we will be serving Chicken and Salmon as the main course. If you’re vegetarian please let us know and we can substitute your meal for something else!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Embassy Suites will be blocking rooms at a special rate of $119/night. It will open 30 days prior to March 24, so you will be able to book then. Link is here:
