This is actually where the author Jack London lived. It is a beautiful park and an amazing place to see since he based Valley of the Moon on Sonoma Valley.
The Petrified Forest

This is a little ways away from Sonoma but a beautiful thing to see!
Bodega Bay

This is where they filmed the cult classic The Birds, they also have a ton of options for food out here. Andrew and I love coming out to the coast. This is about an hour from Sonoma.
