Things To Do

We're so excited for you to visit Beacon, one of our favorite places near Sarah's hometown. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and boutiques to explore just walking up and down Main Street. We would recommend spending an hour or two on Friday or Saturday walking from the Roundhouse along Main Street to Bank Square Coffeehouse, and then back along the other side. You'll pass some fun galleries, boutiques, and other small local businesses. Most of the shops open around 11am, but food and coffee places are open earlier. Here are some of our favorite things to do and places to eat there.

If you're feeling up for a hike, this trail leads to a really beautiful view of the Hudson Valley.

A favorite of the coffee shops on Main Street (although there are other great ones too). This one has a cozy space to hang out inside as well as a patio outside.
