How we met

We met like any other workplace story line. We both worked at a hospital in Tampa. Andrew is a nurse practitioner and Sarah was a new nurse on the floor Andrew worked on. As time went on, Andrew and Sarah flirted among-st one another. There was a specific conversation that they had which went like this... Andrew was trying to guess the type of vehicle Sarah drove, and Sarah replied "I drive a lifted F-150 supercab with dual exhaust", Andrew's reply was, "Be careful of what you say or else I will fall in love with you". Sarah just smiled and walked away happily...and he did exactly of what he told Sarah he would do.

How He proposed

As you may known Sarah is a Horse lover to her core. When describing herself , she will never start off a conversation with you without bringing up her love for them. Andrew always knowing this, he is always joking around about never riding horses due to the unforgiving effects of "a big man falling from high places". While Andrew has always joked about his fear of falling from a horse, Sarah always would reply "you gotta ride them to marry me". As time went along, the joking about riding horses as a prerequisite of marriage continued, Andrew realized what he hoped would happen actually occurred. He met his best friend and partner in both crime and life. One evening Sarah was planning to give our neighbors daughter's horse lessons, and Andrew jokingly said "I may have you teach me one day". Sarah replied " yeah okay" as if he were joking as he tends to do. Making it appear as if he thought she challenged him, He said " alright next time you go I wanna ride Buck". All the while the engagement ring he had bought the month before was hid in his guitar case. On the day he planned for the proposal was probably the worse weekend for Sarah. She had just finished multiple school, family, and home projects and was nothing but exhausted. She even wanted to postpone the lesson. Andrew insisted. So the day came. Sarah and Andrew packed probably more home projects in that morning than one does in a week. Exhausted , she keeping her word went to the barn and tacked up Buck for Andrews lesson. While in full on instructor mode, Andrew rode around that paddock waiting for his moment. When he knew it was time he turned to ride toward her and found her sitting, as she was exhausted from the day. After a little joking/ heckling , she stood and took Bucks reins as if she wanted to go home. It was then Andrew mumbled nervously that was fun, "you always said I would need to ride a horse in order to marry you", while slowly presenting her the ring while mounted on her horse.

For all the days along the way
