Once upon a time in the world of Hinge, Sarah and Andrew swiped right, unaware that fate had already set the stage for their meeting. They almost crossed paths when Andrew briefly joined the regional arts program at St. Elizabeth, just a year before Sarah started. Though Andrew is a '94 baby and Sarah a '95, their birthdays are just days apart—Andrew never misses a chance to remind Sarah that he’s the older one! Their love began during the pandemic, beginning with three months of FaceTime chats while Sarah was too scared to leave her house. Andrew, wondering if he might be getting ghosted, chose to wait it out—and thank goodness he did! In those early months, they embraced the outdoors, exploring parks around the city, often by the waters of Lake Ontario at Humber Bay Shores. Their very first date took place at Lake Wilcox, where they enjoyed pastries by the water, which no doubt set a precedent for many more pastry adventures to come. Nature has always played a significant role in their love story, which is why they chose 'The Manor' for their celebration. They can’t wait to enjoy their cocktail hour with you lakeside, surrounded by the scenery that brought them together. As they approach four wonderful years together in May 2025, Sarah and Andrew are excited to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
