When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 23, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests wear formal or cocktail attire—think fancy cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits and ties, tuxedos, and gowns. Please dress to impress! The bride and groom, ask that you avoid wearing white dress or a green suit jacket/tuxedo.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30 PM. Guests arriving after 4:30 PM will not be able to access the ceremony location.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend taking advantage of our room block with River House at Odette's so you won't have to worry about communiting and parking, and we can keep the party going! Alternatively, we also have a room block at Hampton Inn & Suites that is 20 minutes away. Please refer to the "Travel" page for more information on how to reserve a room from either of our room blocks.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Valet parking is available for guests staying at River House for $20.00 A complimentary satellite parking and shuttle is available for guests not staying at River House. Please navigate to the "Travel" page for more information regarding the shuttle.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your children, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event, other than the kids included in the wedding party. We would love for you to have a date night on us!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors as we want to enjoy the beautiful Fall Foliage that New Hope offers, weather permitting. The cocktail hour & reception take place indoors.

Are photos permitted during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony but we can't wait to see all of the photos you capture during the cocktail hour and reception!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation states 'and guest,' then yes, you may bring a guest. Otherwise, we are unable to accommodate additional guests.

The party doesn't stop! The party continues at the rooftop bar at River House!
