Yes! The whole wedding from beginning to end will be at the Adelina Barn - 316 Chem 6e Rang, Gatineau Quebec. We ask that Guests arrive between 3:30pm - 3:45pm. The ceremony and cocktails will be outside. The dinner and reception will be inside.
Yes! There is free parking available - but due to limited parking & no cars left overnight, please try to car pool, taxi and/or take the shuttle bus that will be provided!
This will be a laid back type of event - please wear anything that is Semi-Casual attire! Ladies - there will be grass and gravel areas - please make sure to wear the right shoes!
There will be two bars - one outdoors and one indoors. Drinks will be a donation bar all night long! Please bring CASH as there are no banks in and/or around the venue!
We really did not want to get married without our closest friends and family there with us. Our old venue was closer to home but rules and regulations were more strict as it was a private residence. With moving our wedding to the Gatineau side, we were lucky enough to have been been given a date in 2021 and we were able to invite more of our loved ones to celebrate with us. Unfortunately, that still means that we could not invite everyone we wanted. There are a lot of unknowns around the current pandemic, and the health and safety of our friends, families, and essential workers are our highest priority. Though we have been looking forward to gathering together to celebrate with everyone we wanted originally, we acknowledge that it is not possible to do so safely at this time. We are, of course, disappointed, but we are thankful to have such a great support system to help us manage these strange times. We cannot wait to see you there, and to celebrate this long awaited day with us!
Yes! We have rented a bus shuttle from Navan, They will be picking up from Navan Arena at 2:45PM, going to Ray Friel Pick Up at 3:00PM, continuing on to the Hilton (for those who prefer to stay at a hotel the night of) and then finishing at the Adelina Barn. The Drop offs start at 12:00AM at the Adelina Barn, goes to the Hilton, continues the drop offs at Ray Friel then ends the drop offs at Navan Arena. Taxi, Car-pooling and Uber as well! ********** PLEASE LET US KNOW WHICH TYPE OF TRANSPORTATION YOU WILL BE NEEDING **********
