What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. • For men: A suit or dress shirt, tie, and dress pants • For women: Cocktail dresses (truly any length - mini, midi, floor length), a women's suit or jumpsuit could be great options, too • While not required, we would love for guests to wear black or other dark, elegant colors to complement the fall weather & space

Are children invited to the wedding?

We love your kiddos, but we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening with us!

Your invitation will indicate if a plus-one is included. Please be sure to check the details on your invite and RSVP accordingly.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will pick up guests from the Hilton Columbus – Polaris & Residence Inn Columbus – Polaris. The shuttles will transport guests to Alum Creek Farm and return them to these hotels at the end of the night. Please RSVP for shuttle transportation in advance.

Are there alternative options for transportation?

Answer

• You are certainly welcome to take an Uber or Lyft to/from Alum Creek Farm! Please make sure you have a safe & sober ride to your accommodations. • Due to the semi-rural location of our venue, we kindly ask guests using this option to pre-schedule your ride home in advance, as ride services may be limited.

I plan to drive to Alum Creek Farm. Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Alum Creek Farm has a parking lot with limited spots and some overflow parking if needed. • Alum Creek Farm will have a parking attendant and directional signs to help guide you. • Handicapped parking is available. An Alum Creek Farm staff member will be available to escort guests with mobility concerns using a golf cart shuttle. • If it is necessary that a vehicle needs to be left overnight, please make sure you remove your vehicle before 9:30am on Sunday, 10.12.2025

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

• The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive early enough to allow time for parking or hopping off the shuttle and getting seated. • There will be shuttles leaving the 2 hotels at 3:00pm or 3:30pm to get you to the venue on time.

• Alum Creek Farm is a mostly outdoor venue and there can be uneven terrain (gravel, grass, steps) so please keep that in mind. • For any guests with mobility concerns, an Alum Creek Farm staff member will be available to escort guests using a golf cart shuttle. • Although we are hopeful that the weather will be beautiful, please keep in mind the venue is not air conditioned or heated
