Welcome Party - attire is casual! The venue is a brewery on the water, so please feel free to come as you are or, if you want, throw on a casual summer sundress, linen outfit, polo shirt or anything that works best for you to keep cool in the summer heat. Wedding Reception - attire is cocktail! We love the idea of fun, bright colors to embrace summertime in Maine. This can be dressed up or down, no ties required for men.
Welcome Party - Camp Pennant is located a short walking distance from both hotel blocks in the Old Port. There are also options for paid lot or street parking nearby, but this is a busy time in downtown Portland, so rideshare or carpooling is preferred. Wedding Reception - Halo is located on Thompson's Point which is approximately 10 minutes drive from the hotel blocks. There are a limited number of reserved parking spots for our event in front of the venue, but please consider rideshare or carpooling if possible to avoid overflow. Thompson's Point is a busy area with multiple venues, including an outdoor concert space with a show the same night as the wedding. There will be parking attendants onsite directing traffic to the correct area, so please allow plenty of time to arrive and let them know that you are there for the "Pilgrim/Lesley Wedding" so they can send you to the correct area.
Weather permitting, our cocktail hour will be held outdoors in front of the main venue space! There will be bars indoor and outdoor for anyone looking to escape the heat and to help with any bar lines. The rest of the evening for dinner and dancing will be indoors with air conditioning. The outdoor bar will remain open until 10 pm in case you would like to step out for fresh air!
Our meal will be served family style, allowing guests to pick and choose from the available options on each table for dinner. A menu at your place setting will detail what is included in each dish and if it is vegetarian and/or gluten free. If you have any additional allergy restrictions, a member of the catering waitstaff would be happy to assist. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
