What is the vaccination requirement?

Answer

We know that the last few years have been very difficult for us all and we will update our plans as the COVID-19 situation evolves. We will update you if there are any changes, but at the moment, Philadelphia is requiring proof of vaccination prior to dining indoors. Therefore, we will ask to see your proof of vaccination when you arrive to the ceremony. This could be your vaccine card or a scan/picture of your card showing 2 initial vaccines and a booster for everyone eligible. We understand that this has been a difficult part of the last few years, but we know that requiring vaccinations and boosters will ensure everyones safety and prevent our event from spreading the virus further. If you have specific questions on this topic, do not hesitate to reach out to Sarah, but also understand that this is a choice we have made to protect you all and ourselves. ADDITIONALLY, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TEST YOURSELF PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE WEEKEND'S EVENTS TO PROTECT YOURSELVES AND US! :)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that everyone arrive to Pen Ryn Mansion promptly at 4:15pm to avoid any interruptions to the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Since we are having an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting), we recommend that you dress for an outdoor fall day. There will be a coat check inside Pen Ryn Mansion for you to drop off and pick up your coat free of charge. Additionally, the ceremony will take place on the grass patio in front of the mansion, so we advise guests to wear shoes that will not sink into the grass (i.e. chunky heels or wedges as opposed to stilettos).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to you and a plus one, then yes, feel free to bring a date along! Otherwise, please understand our request to have you attend alone. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we both love children, we are only able to have those involved in the wedding attend. If your invitation says your name "and family", then they are included! Otherwise, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them and will have to celebrate with them at another time! If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to Sarah!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking surrounding the mansion and its patio where the ceremony will take place, so you will definitely be able to park and leave your car until the end of the night!
