Early Arrival Dinner and Drinks/ Dodgers Game

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

If you are in town early and want to come hang with the Bride and Groom, we will be at Rhein Haus to have dinner, drinks and of course cheer on the Dodgers (if they haven't already clenched the series W). Walking distance from the hotel, feel free to stop by!

Golfing at Arrowhead Golf Course

8:30 am

For those interested, a shotgun round of golf will be hosted at our venue, Arrowhead Golf Course. For those participating; you will need to transport yourself to the golf course and supply your own clubs (you can coordinate your own club rental through the pro shop). The round will be available for a reduced rate of $50 per person. Please venmo Dylan at @Dylan-Fair.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, gowns, dressy jumpsuits, suits, and dark jackets and slacks. Ties are optional.

We encourage you all to travel to Arrowhead Golf Course by shuttle. Shuttles will be providing transportation from the Hotel Teatro to Arrowhead, and will depart at 2:55 pm. The shuttles will be available for all of our wedding guests, regardless if you are staying at the hotel or not. At the end of the reception the same shuttles will be providing transportation back to Hotel Teatro + the After Party bar. If you are arranging your own transportation please be aware that Arrowhead is a 40-50 minute drive from downtown Denver. It is possible to get a Uber/Lyft to the venue but ride-shares do NOT operate in that area of town in the evening. The Wedding Ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn. For the out-of-towners unfamiliar with Colorado's variable weather, we recommended bringing a light jacket/cover for the ceremony. The reception will be indoors. To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and celebration, we respectfully ask that no children attend.

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Something comfy and casual- it's brunch in Denver!

The Nickel is an amazing restaurant located in the Hotel Teatro, where the hotel block is. Guests are encouraged to make a reservation if you'd like to join for brunch through Open Table or by calling the Nickel directly.
