Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 16th. This ensures we can finalize our arrangements and reserve a spot for you. If we do not hear from you by our deadline, we will mark you as "not attending" and there will not be a seat for you reserved at our wedding. You can RSVP by sending back the paper card included in your invitation or clicking the RSVP tab on our website.

Question

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be held at the Geyserville Inn The address to the venue is: 21714 Geyserville Ave, Geyserville, CA 95441

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM. Please aim to arrive no later than 4:15 PM before the ceremony begins to allow for seating and getting settled. We also recommend considering traffic and travel time to ensure you don't miss any part of the celebration.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the venue. If you are not staying on site for the weekend we recommend using Uber or Lyft or a similar ride-hailing service. This way, you can enjoy the evening without worrying about getting behind the wheel.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. No jeans please! Our wedding will take place outdoors, so we recommend light, breathable fabrics for the daytime heat. As the sun sets, it can get chilly, so bringing a light sweater, shawl, or jacket is a good idea! With the ceremony being outdoors in a grassy area, ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels!

Question

Are there any colors that should be avoided when choosing what to wear?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams.

Question

What will the weather be?

Answer

August in Sonoma County is typically warm and dry. Please come prepared for temperatures ranging from high 80's to a possible low 50's.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Our ceremony is unplugged and we wish to maintain its solemnity. We kindly ask that all of our guest refrain from taking pictures and videos during the wedding ceremony. Please avoid blocking the view of our professional photographers who will be capturing every moment. Once we are announced husband and wife, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We'll have an open bar, so feel free to raise a glass and celebrate with us throughout the evening! To ensure everyone gets home safely, we encourage you to plan ahead and arrange a designated driver or an Uber.

Question

What type of food will be served for dinner?

Answer

We will be serving a delicious, hearty buffet-style dinner with a mix of comforting and flavorful dishes, perfect for a relaxed and celebratory evening.
