As of now, we are moving forward with the wedding as planned. The safety and health of our guests is a top priority for us. If we change the date of the wedding due to COVID-19, we will update this wedding website and send out a notice in the mail. If the wedding continues as planned, we will have social distancing in place and we will follow all state guidelines and restrictions. Please see the COVID-19 Updates tab for more information.
Masks are required in the indoor part of the venue when you are walking around. Masks are not required outside on the patios unless approaching the bar. We will have a mask available for everyone, but please feel free to bring your own as well.

We recommend that you arrive no later than 3:30pm to ensure we can begin on time. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4pm.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The reception will be indoors.

Please go to the RSVP tab on this website. Please type your name in the search bar and click on your name. The results will then show your name in addition to those in your immediate family or guests. For each member of your party, please select if they will be able to join us or not. For anyone who RSVPs "Yes" you will then have to select a meal option. Once completed, please click the submit button in the bottom right corner to ensure we receive your RSVP!
Once you RSVP on the website, an option to select from our choices of meals will pop up for each person associated to your invitation.
For any child under 12 years old, we will mark them down for a kids' meal. Please select that option at RSVP. I will reach out to you personally to select a kid's meal option when the venue gives me their kid's menu.
Wild Mushroom Ravioli is the delicious option we have available. Please select this option when when you RSVP. If you have any questions/concerns, please contact Sarah.
Yes, please note your food allergy in the RSVP section of this website. We will work with the catering team to make sure your request is answered.
Not at this time. If the brewery ends up needing RSVPs for this event due to COVID restrictions, we will reach out to see who is planning on coming.
Yes! Masks are required when approaching the bar area, servers, and bathrooms. Please bring a mask to this event. The tables at the brewery are spread out and they are asking people to maintain a 6 foot distance when inside the building. We will also spread out to the large outside area for fresh air.
Yes! If you are concerned about the reception due to COVID-19, please feel free to come to just the ceremony and leave afterwards. If you would like to take advantage of this option, please email sarah@beautz.net to let us know by the RSVP date of July 28.
We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We're respectfully asking that everyone leave all cameras and cell phones turned off during the ceremony. We've hired an amazing photographer who will be capturing all of the wedding moments and more. Of course we will happy to share our professional wedding photos with you afterward! Feel free to take pictures during the reception!
Yes, there is free parking at the clubhouse. When you enter the premises, please go through the Visitors gate. You might be asked to show your ID and the reason for your visit. Please state that you are going to the clubhouse for the Beautz/Hegmann wedding.
No, we are asking guests to please provide your own transportation. Uber and Lyft are available in this area, but are limited.
