Question

Where should I stay for the wedding weekend?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "Where to Stay" tab to see hotels in the area. The "Fairfield Inn & Suites Greensboro Coliseum Area" and the "Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons" have given the guests of our wedding a discounted rate if you book via the details for each on the "Where to Stay" tab. To receive this rate, you must book before April 22, 2025. I have also listed some hotels in the area additional to the ones we were able to get a discounted rate for. These are just suggestions, so feel free to explore accommodations outside of this list if desired!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a black-tie / formal dress code for the evening. Formal wear for gentleman may include dress pants, a button down, and a tie. Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, so no suit jacket it required, but we would love to see everyone in their best dressed outfit. For women, floor length or midi length dresses are advised. Wear whatever color you would like (other than white), but please no denim, hats, shorts, or sneakers. Please keep in mind, the entire event is outdoors.

Question

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you receive a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices to be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be having a "modified open bar" set up. This will include a selection of beer and wine in addition to two specialty cocktails picked by the bride and groom. Please drink on us!
