Question
When Should I RSVP?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is Febuary 3rd 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

How to rsvp
Answer
To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope. If the envelope says "and guest" just type in your guest's first and last name.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! The dress code is black-tie / formal attire. What we recommend for men : Dark color suit & tie with dress shoes. What we recommend for women : Floor length dresses or gowns. The bridal party will be in black - therefore, color is encouraged. We can't wait to see our guests looking their best!

What should we definitely not wear?
Answer
We hope you see this day as an opportunity to have fun and dress up! The only thing we ask you please not wear is white and pale colors that look white, jeans, sneakers, or flip flops. We do hope you understand and respect this request!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our important day and we'd hate to have someone's phone or camera blocking that moment. After the ceremony and exit, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guest that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.

Are Children Welcome?
Answer
Our wedding will be kid free besides those participating in the wedding. Enjoy your night off and have a drink on us!

Ceremony start time
Answer
Ceremony will start at 4:15 PM! We ask that you arrive 15 min before start time. Please account for the possibility of rush hour traffic. Guests who are late will have to wait until the ceremony is over before entering the event.

Ceremony & Reception will both be held at Twin Oaks Garden, 236 Deer Springs Rd., San Marcos, CA 92069. Please check our 'Schedule' page for an easy link to venue address.

Parking
Answer
There will be free valet parking at the venue. Once you pull into the property, you will be assisted in the parking lot.

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) during the day, it will be cold at night. Both the ceremony & reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately.

Hotel Accommodations?
Answer
We would love if our family & friends stayed with us at The Lafayette Hotel , but we understand if you’d like to find your own accommodations. We recommend Airbnb’s / hotels in Carlsbad or Escondido as they are within 20 min from the wedding venue. If you are in need of any help please give either of us a call!
