Semi Formal wedding attire is a step below black tie but still quite dressy. For men, this usually means a suit and a tie or a button up dress shirt and a tie. For women, options include a floor-length gown, a cocktail dress, pantsuit or midi dress. Please no jeans & avoid any shade of white.
We love your littles but this party is just for the grown-ups! We encourage you to use this as a date night.
Due to limited space, we are celebrating with our closest family & friends. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM. Please give yourself enough time prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes early.
We are having an "unplugged' ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. Our officiant will also make an announcement prior to the start of the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures possible! Once the ceremony is over we encourage you to take as many photos during our cocktail hour and reception as you want. Don't forget to share them with us!
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors on the Summit Terrace. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors in the Alpine Room. However, throughout the night guest will have access to the balcony area directly off of the ballroom.
Yes the drinks are on us! We look forward to celebrating with you and can't wait to see you on the dance floor. Please arrange for a safe ride home.
Parking is available at the Summit Lodge located on 301 Resort Dr. Handicap-accessible spaces are available near the lodge entrance. Golf carts will be running for those who need additional assistance getting to the ceremony site. The ceremony will be held beneath the pergola overlooking the valley.
Our day of coordinator will be there to guide you.
Feel free to reach out to Sara or Jake! :)
