We understand that making plans, especially travel plans, is difficult during a pandemic. While we hope that everyone will be able to celebrate with us, we completely understand that everyone's comfort level with the COVID situation is different. We will be moving forward with our wedding as planned, but will take every precaution possible to make our guests feel safe. Masks and social distancing will still be required in accordance with state laws and CDC recommendations. All wedding activities will be outside. Fortunately, we are both vaccinated against COVID already, as are about 50% of our wedding invitees (yay for healthcare workers!). We are hopeful that many more will be vaccinated by June and that things with COVID overall will be much improved. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to us!
We love your kids, but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!
More details to come on this! Lodging at Cooper Spur Mountain Resort will be prioritized for family and select out of town guests, and be assigned by us closer to the wedding date. Unfortunately, not all wedding guests will be able to stay on site.
Some guests will be invited to stay at the wedding venue, but space is limited. You can check the Travel tab for more nearby lodging options. Anywhere in Hood River would be an excellent choice and is a 30-minute drive from Cooper Spur Mountain Resort.
We are registered right here on Zola! Check out the Registry tab for details.
YES! We will have an open bar at the wedding. The welcome dinner and after party will have a cash bar.
We'd call the dress code for the wedding semi-formal or dressy causal. It'll be colder on the mountain in the evening. Ladies you'll be walking in grass so plan accordingly! The dress code for the welcome dinner is casual!
