What's the dress code?

Answer

Alaskan casual and classy! All we ask is that you look nice and not that you just got back from a trip up river. C'mon, you know the look-- wind blown hair, looking like you just been through the absolute thick of it. None of that please!!! ;)

No open bar?! What's the deal??

Answer

Chillllll! Beer, wine and sodas will be provided courtesy of us! Just please buy your own hard alcohol drinks. And don't forget to tip your bartender (Yay for Louies!) Bring you ID, just in case! We will also be sharing the love with one signature drink per guest, on us! Hope you like gin ;)

How are we getting there? Or back??

Answer

While we do not have accommodations for bringing guest UP to Eaglecrest, we are HOPING to have a couple of busses shuttle people back to downtown after the reception to party it up. Please DO NOT drink and drive. There should be plenty of vehicles around, just hitch a ride.

Is there cell phone service?

Answer

There is no cell phone service in the lodge. You may get lucky with an occasional bar or two, but plan accordingly. There may be a landline we can use should that be necessary.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If the invite (not the save the date) was only for you, then sadly, no. Definitely let us know if we did this as a mistake, or plead your case ;) We may be able to make it work.

Can kiddos come?

Answer

Short answer, yes. Although, since not too many of our friends have children, just know we are not planning on having much for the kiddos to do separately during the reception itself. If you are bringing your kiddos, PLEASE let us know in advance. No surprises please!

What are the reception hours?

Answer

Come to mingle before the reception start from 4:30-5:30 pm, with dinner being put out around 5:45/6.
