Where is the reception?

The Villa in Cedar Hills. Imagine an elegant Tuscan home surrounded by gardens, charm, and a 100-year-old pear orchard. That is our venue. It will be awesome.

Where should I park?

Answer

There’s a little road on the south side of The Villa that leads to a lovely parking lot behind the venue. There will be signs and a real live parking attendant to guide you or help with handicapped parking. No need to park on the street. We got you.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’re mostly excited to see your lovely face, but feel free to don your Sunday best. If you’re really ambitious, wear any shade of purple, blue, or black to match the ambiance. And of course wear your best dancing shoes.

Is this an outdoor event?

Answer

Yes ma’am. We’re expecting gorgeous weather with lots of shade to enjoy. You’ll have access to the house to use the bathroom or put your feet up. We’ve also heard the National Geographic collection in the library is pretty bomb.

Will there be food?

Answer

Is this even a question? We are believers in wedding receptions with real food. Therefore ours will feature a gourmet grilled cheese bar, three choices of dessert, and a lemonade bar. Please come hungry.

Will this reception be kid-friendly?

Answer

We sure hope so! There will be lots of room to run and explore, a swing set, and lawn games to keep your littles busy. Hopefully busy enough so YOU can enjoy the event.

Is it true we can take home pears?

Answer

Yes. Really. It’s harvest season at The Villa, and our kind host will be giving away free baskets of juicy pears to interested guests at the end of the night. You should seriously take her up on that. The Villa is the best.
