The picnic will take place at the Tomales Bay State Park.
When you arrive, follow signs to the "Vista Point Group Picnic Area." A large parking lot is available. Picnic tables are roughly 40-50 feet from the parking lot down a sloping path. Download directions and any information needed in advance since cell service is spotty out in the woods.
Please wear comfortable shoes and bring layers, as the wind can pick up a bit. If you feel so inclined, there are kayaks available for rent at Heart's Desire beach next to the picnic site, so feel free to adventure on the water!
