What is the attire for the wedding?

Do we need to drive to the ceremony location?

Answer

There will be two green Hampton Hoppers doing a single pick up at Gurney’s Star Island (in front of reception) at 3:40pm sharp. They will transport to and from the ceremony. If you are not taking the Hoppers, you can only access Camp Hero State Park by car so will need to drive or use a taxi (call well in advance). There will be free parking at the ceremony.

Will there be parking at Gurneys if we don’t stay there?

Answer

Yes, Gurneys has two large parking lots that anyone who is visiting can park at for free.

Do I need a car in Montauk?

Answer

While you don’t need a car, driving is the best way to get around and we recommend someone in your group bring one. Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately due to strict space limitations at the venue we are only able to accommodate guests named on your invite.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones we respectfully request no children at the ceremony and reception. Children are welcome at the departure brunch on Monday. Please let us know if you need assistance with baby sitter recommendations.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Welcome drinks on Saturday and departure brunch on Monday. We suggest booking three nights to make it a full Montauk long weekend!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be limited transportation for guests staying at Gurney’s Star Island to and from the ceremony.
