You are more than welcome to stay as long as you'd like! Please note, there is a 2 night minimum stay requirement from the hotel. We also recommend booking your stay sooner than later so prices do not go up!
January is one of the nicest times to visit Playa del Carmen! Expect warm, sunny days with temperatures ranging from 75–85°F. It's slightly cooler than the peak summer months - rain is possible but much less likely this time of year. We do recommend tossing a light sweater in your bag for the evenings.
We're hoping everyone will join us in celebrating in style! We kindly request formal attire, (i.e floor length dresses) black tie optional, so feel free to get as dressed up as you'd like.
Please plan to be at the ceremony location no later than 3:30 PM so we can get started right on time.
The ceremony will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will follow under a covered indoor/outdoor space.
While credit cards are accepted at most places in Playa del Carmen, cash purchases will require pesos - USD is not accepted. We recommend withdrawing some pesos for tips, smaller vendors, and any off-resort excursions. You can withdraw cash at the airport.
Tipping is always appreciated in Mexico! The standard etiquette is around 10%, so feel free to use that as your guide when tipping at restaurants or for any services during your stay.
