How do I RSPV?

Answer

Please see the RSPV tab in the above menu options. Please make sure you submit your RSPV by 10 November to ensure your spot is saved. From 11 November, your RSPV will be marked as a 'no attendance'

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at Aloft Hotel on the rooftop! The ceremony is on the outdoor balcony overlooking the beautiful swan river. The reception moves into the next door to the indoor dining room. No need to travel between venues.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

To ensure you arrive in time for the ceremony, please arrive at Aloft Hotel at 3.30pm.

What do we do after the ceremony but before the reception?

Answer

There is a bar in the ground floor and café for refreshments should you wish. Please make sure to return by 5.30pm to ensure you do not miss the beginning of the reception.

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

We understand things happen. If you have RSPVed 'yes' and you cannot no longer make it, please let Tim or Sara know ASAP as we may be able to invite another loved one in your place. If you become aware you cannot make it on the day or day before the wedding, please inform email the twsl.wedding@gmail.com.au account.

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

We have included the name of all plus one guests in the invitation and as authorized guests in the RSPV tab. If you person you would like to include does not have their name on the invitation we extend our apologies but have been unable to invite them due to limited numbers.

What do I do if I have a food allergy or intolerance?

Answer

There will be an option on the RSVP form to input any food allergy or intolerances. Please fill out any you may have so we can inform the kitchen.

Is there a dress code?

Yes. Cocktail style. For what this entails please see the tab 'Dress code'.

What colour is the wedding party wearing?

Answer

The wedding party will be wearing emerald green.

Can I get you a gift?

Answer

The presence of all our loved ones celebrating with us is all the gift we need. If you would like to give additionally, please see the 'Registry' tab.
