Question

What are your COVID-19 plans for the wedding?

Answer

We are making plans to appropriately social distance guests, we ask you bring masks, we will have hand sanitizer on site, there are restrooms on site, and we are offering guests the option to watch the ceremony digitally if they choose not to attend.

Question

How do I watch the live stream on Zola?

Answer

From the Zola homepage, go to The Finer Details tab, the second listing is the virtual event. Click the Go to Virtual Event button and it will redirect you to the viewing page.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure enough time to settle in before the ceremony begins at 3pm.

Question

Do I need to wear a mask at the wedding?

Answer

Yes, please wear a mask at all times, except for when you’re eating and drinking.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 1st. If we do not receive an RSVP by October 11th, we will mark you as declined, and ask that you do not attend physically but please attend our virtual event.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available onsite.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, however, we aren’t going to have special kid activities. We love your children, but if it’s possible, this might be the perfect opportunity for one of those special date nights you definitely deserve!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Be comfortable, be warm, be you! Despite our heaters and camp fires, it will be cold in the evening so make sure to dress appropriately. Additionally, be cautious with high heels, no stilettos.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will provide beer and wine. However, if you want to throw some cash into our honeymoon fund we won’t be mad about it. CAUTION: we will be at high elevation so please drink responsibly and have a designated driver or arrange for an Uber/Lyft.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please don’t bring anyone who isn’t included in your invitation. With the uncertain of COVID-19 we have to really control the guest list. Thank you for understanding.
