FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see all of our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi formal or dressy casual attire. Our colors are shades of blue, like a garden party. Please no denim/jeans and no shades of white. The ceremony with be held outside and reception to follow inside.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on the wedding invitations. When you go to RSVP, you will have all of your guests labeled underneath your name. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, the invitations will include all the names of little ones who are invited. For those who are bringing their children, please watch them closely. Be mindful that there will be loud music and drinking throughout the night. Please make sure they are on their best behavior!

Question

What's happens if we are late to the ceremony?

Answer

Although we want all our family members and friends to see our wedding ceremony, if you arrive after 4 p.m. and we are all down the aisle then you will be asked to please wait at the reception. We don't want anything to take away from our once in a lifetime moment and will be happy to see you afterwards for pictures, food and dancing! We hope all our guest understand.

Question

Can we post photos before the bride and groom do on social media?

Answer

Feel free to post photos of yourself and your family at our wedding for us to see! However, please do not post photos of the bride's dress before I have had a chance to. This is my special dress that has been in the works for months so please be respectful of that. I will more than likely post the following day on social media so it won't be long that you have to wait! Thank you all for understanding and being mindful!
