FAQs

Question

Is there a recommended dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our celebration at Inisfree Estate to feel polished and elegant. Please join us in semi-formal attire suited for an evening in the countryside. For Women Cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or dressy separates are perfect. Choose shoes that are comfortable for walking on lawns and garden paths, such as block heels, wedges, or dressy flats. For Men A suit and tie is ideal. Dress shoes are recommended. For Everyone Parts of the celebration will take place outdoors, so you may want to bring a light layer for the evening. Colors are completely your choice — we simply ask that you save white and close variations for the bride. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style at Inisfree!

Question

Should I bring anything to prepare for the weather?

Answer

The early fall weather in the Midwest can be a bit unpredictable. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast and coming prepared with both a light jacket and a parasol, just in case.

Question

What is the terrain like at Inisfree Estate?

Answer

Inisfree Estate sits on 30 acres of gardens, lawns, and natural trails. Guests will encounter manicured lawns, garden paths, and boardwalks. Some areas may be uneven, so we recommend comfortable shoes. Paved paths and parking make the venue accessible for guests with mobility needs.

Question

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Answer

We are happy to provide a meal for you based on your dietary needs. Please be sure to share you dietary needs on your RSVP. Thank you

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, to keep the celebration intimate, we are only able to include the children whose names are listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes your child(ren), we can’t wait to celebrate with them too.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests follow the names listed on their invitation. If a plus-one was included, you’ll see their name there. Thank you for understanding as we celebrate with a thoughtfully sized group of our closest family and friends.
