Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive early to park and walk to the ceremony location. We plan to begin promptly at 2:00 pm.

What if it rains?
Answer
Our ceremony will take place in Riverside Park rain or shine. There is a small covering over the gazebo to keep us protected. Please feel free to join us for the ceremony or just for the indoor reception if there is bad weather.

Where should we park?
Answer
We recommend parking in the Frog Island Parking Lot for the ceremony (601 Rice St., Ypsilanti, MI) and in the South Huron Parking Lot for the reception (107 Ferris St., Ypsilanti, MI). There is also limited handicap parking available in the Riverside Park; please contact Steve or Sara for more information.

Does Riverside Park have a bathroom?

There is a porta potty.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We will have a small happy hour reception following the ceremony with appetizers (spinach pie, meatballs, dips, fried brussels sprouts), drinks (water and soft drinks), and cake. Due to the Keystone Bar & Arcade's policy about inviting children to private events, there will be a cash bar for beer, wine, and alcohol.

Can we stay past 5 pm?
Answer
Sure! Keystone Bar & Arcade requires that all tabs are paid by 5 pm to appropriately close out our bill. However, guests are welcome to hang out past 5 pm and start a new tab. Children are permitted until 7 pm.

No, we would like to keep this event very small.

Are children invited?
Answer
Yes! We would love to have all of our nieces, nephews, and cousins join us. There is a playground at Riverside Park and lots of fun games at The Keystone Bar and Arcade for the kiddos to enjoy.
