Train

California Zephyr

If you are looking for an adventure and have the time, Amtrak's California Zephyr is one of the most popular train routes across the country and goes right past our wedding venue! Literally!! The train depot in Glenwood Springs is not only a historical landmark but is approximately 3 miles from Glenwood Canyon Resort. From Chicago, it is a 25 hour trip to Glenwood Springs and is one of the most scenic rail lines in the country.

Eagle Regional Airport

Glenwood Canyon Resort is about a 15 minute drive from this airport. United and American Airlines have multiple flights per day into this airport during the Summer from Denver. Steve and I have a general rule, if we have to pay $200 more to fly into Eagle, it is worth the luxury.

Travel Note

General Information

We recommend anyone traveling to our wedding get a rental vehicle for the weekend. Uber and Lyft are not common in the mountain community and will need to rely on local taxi services or private transfers.
