The site of many early mornings and even a few dates together. Great coffee, food, signature desserts and craft beer. This has potential to be a good pre-game location. Check out the rest of Buckhannon's beautiful historic Main Street while you're there!
Buffalo Wild Wings

Jawbone Park
The epicenter of the WV Strawberry Festival. A (usually) quiet little park just a block away from Main Street. Sit, relax and enjoy the small town vibes.
The Daily Grind
Good coffee, great food. Some food is sourced from the owners farm. This venue also doubles as the Outpost and Event Center, so check it out and grab your best western clothing for the weekend! (Cowboy hat not included.)
Dairy Queen
This little town takes tremendous pride in Main Street and this gem especially.. One of the few remaining walk-up Dairy Queens in the nation. Rumor is, it makes the ice cream taste better. You'll find the owners early in the morning spraying off the sidewalk and getting ready for the day. This is a staple, so don't miss out.
Sheetz
It's a small world after all. Yous Pennsylvanians should be familiar with this one. Convenience/gas station. Nothing too special, but its open 24/7 for your late night beer run.

Upshur County Development Authority Building
The site of the infamous engagement photo by Robbie Skinner. This building is also home to the WV Strawberry Festival Office. We got engaged on top of this building during the WVSF Fireworks. Disclaimer: Don't try to get on top of the building.
West Virginia Wesleyan College
A great place to drive by or walk through if you're looking to check out the best of Buckhannon or take in some scenery. Always perfectly groomed, this college is a historical staple and serves as a temporary home to about 1,200 students during the school year.
Buckhannon River Walk Trail
Looking for somewhere for a run or walk? This is a paved trail with river access, football, baseball & soccer fields, basketball court, and more. Located right beside the beautiful campus of WV Wesleyan College. Where the cats are strays and the groundhogs are domesticated.
Jimbo's Place
A clean sports bar style atmosphere. Fantastic food and some great drink choices as well.
