-Sparks Fly Between Two Co-Workers- We first met working in the ER at UC Irvine Medical Center. Between hectic life emergencies and the many odd situations that arise in an ER, we caught each other's eyes. We bonded as co-workers and friends for many months before I decided to make the first move and ask for Scott's phone number. Funny enough, Scott didn't realize I was interested in him until I asked for his number! From there we began dating and one of our first dates was an Eric Church, country music concert (check out the picture in our Photos section). Scott asked me to be his girlfriend after spending our first New Year's Eve together and we've been inseparable ever since. We love listening to country music, walking our dogs (Sammie and Rooney), off-roading, and enjoying good whiskey together.
-A Four-Wheeling Engagement- Scott proposed at one of our favorite off-roading spot, Big Bear. We packed the Jeep with our dogs, my sister and her fiancé Brandon, and my parents joined us in their Jeep. I was all geared up for a day of off-roading and letting the dogs run around in the woods. I had no idea that Scott had an engagement ring in his pocket and that my parents had the celebratory champagne in their cooler. Once we stopped for lunch, Scott led me out to an opening in the trees that overlooked Big Bear valley with the ruse of taking a picture. With our pups scurrying around us and my family watching, Scott got down on one knee and asked If I'd marry him. It was an easy "Yes"! We are looking forward to starting this new chapter of our lives together, and can't wait to celebrate with our favorite people.
