Where is the ceremony and reception being held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Westin Chicago Northwest in Itasca, IL. The ceremony will take place outdoors on the Bridge Lawn, weather permitting, followed by an indoor reception in the Grand Ballroom. Directions can be found on the “Travel” page.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We kindly ask that our guests arrive 15-30 minutes prior and be seated shortly after.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will capture all the special memories. You are welcome to take photos during the reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. Ladies, we recommend mid- to floor-length dresses or elegant separates; gentlemen, suits are appreciated.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we respectfully request that you only bring children if they are included on your invitation. We hope you understand.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please inform us of your dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Is there a hotel block or accommodations nearby?

Answer

We've reserved a block of rooms at The Westin at a discounted rate. You can find the link to book your room under the "Travel" page.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible, or no later than May 10, 2026. You can do so under the "RSVP" section of our website.
