Wear WHATEVER you feel best in for celebrating our love- sparkles, flowers and kilts are welcome! We will be moving from one area to the other and walking over grass and meadow areas, so comfortable outdoor shoes are suggested.
Parking is going to be a fun puzzle! Canaan Back Road is an old gravel road that is narrow in some areas. There is a park and ride near the Hannaford in Northwood just 5 minutes away, feel free to park and carpool from there. We will have some friendly assistants helping with parking near the Ronda Residence.
If it's raining, everything will go according to plan but we may have the ceremony under the tent. Please bring boots and rain jackets, umbrellas and warm clothes to change into if you get wet so we can continue to celebrate through the night!
Here are a few things that would be super helpful....please reach out if you're interested. 1. Setting up for the wedding, help with parking and greeting people. 2. If you have gardens with an abundance of cutting flowers and wild flowers (September bloomers) that you would be interested in donating for decorating and flower crowns, please let us know! 3. If you have any extra table linens (any kind!), candle holders, fairy and outdoor lights, extra ball jars that we could borrow for the day- we will put them to good use! 4. Flower crown making- before /the morning of the wedding 5. Photography- Julieann will be shooting some formal shots and poses but if anyone feels inspire to capture some moments of the night, please be our guest!
There will be a lot of folks visiting us from out of state and abroad, and we are sorting out their accommodations, if you have a guest bedroom or place available to host please let us know!
We will have both vegetarian and meat-lovers options!
After dinner we will have an open mic set up with sign-ups! We would love to hear/watch you share your art with our guests!
September in New Hampshire is lovely, on average the weather could be anywhere between 55-70 degrees Fahrenheit (12-21 degrees C), even warmer if it's nice and sunny out! The night will cool off a bit, so bringing a warmer jacket or sweater is suggested. If it's raining, a raincoat will help!
