Our first Valentine's Day together! We went to Pacifico in Biddeford.

Sara started attending Carignan holidays, starting in Easter 2023.

The first summer we were together, Sara brought Sam home to Michigan. Sara's parents instantly loved Sam. We did a special trip to Holland, Michigan and rented a cabin not too far from Lake Michigan.

We did a trip to Salem, MA, where Sam quickly came to understand the depths of Sara's love of Fall and Halloween.

For our first Halloween, we went as Bob Ross and a painting! Sam grew his hair out for a month and Sara got a white shirt and fabric markers so it could be used as a canvas.

Our first Thanksgiving together! This was the first time Sara got to meet all of Sam's family.

For February Vacation, we visited Sara's sister in Seattle and took a trip to Forks, Washington, fulfilling Sara's dream of visiting all off the location in Twilight.

For April Break, we drove down to North Carolina to visit Alex and Deanna. On the way, we stopped in DC to visit Sara's best friend Kali. Sam would like credit for doing all of the driving that trip.

After the long drive, we did eventually get to NC and decided that for all future trips, we would be flying.

Moving in together was immediately followed by a trip to Moosehead with the Sharoods! It was the first trip where after, we didn't have to go to separate

We surprised Sara's dad by joining her parents on their camping trip to Watkins Glen in New York. Sara's mom was in on it and helped plan an amazing trip with lots of hiking and only one tornado.

Shortly after returning home from New York, we flew out o Michigan for our yearly visit. This time, Sara brought Sam to Petoskey State Park and Mackinac Island.

We celebrated Alex and Deanna's Wedding on Cape Cod!

We went to the Common Ground fair. It was there that Sam discovered that there are home builders that design actual Hobbit Houses. Luckily, it was out of our budget.

For Halloween 2, we dressed up as the old Maine State Flag that was on the ballet to become the new flag again. Unfortunately, the flag lost.

Now that we live in Portland, date nights at the State Theater have become more frequent!

Thanksgiving 2

We visited the Botanical Gardens in the winter to see all of the lights they put up!

For February vacation, we went to Mexico and had the best February vacation every. Thank you Bill and Ed for hosting us!

For April vacation, we went to New York. Thank you again Bill and Ed for hosting us.

After living in the Portland area for a year, we still like to pretend to be tourists. We have also found every free parking spot in the city.

Our parents finally met after two and a half years of dating. We rented a cottage in Belfast and spent a day hiking Acadia.
