Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

Are children invited?

Answer

For our special day, we decided to keep our wedding guests ages 16+, so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us. We hope you'll take this as a chance for a special date night!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best semi-formal attire. For men, this looks like a dress shirt with dress pants (suit/blazer and tie optional, but recommended). For women, this looks like midi or knee-length dresses or dressy separates (like a blouse and skirt or a blouse and dress pants).

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have professional photographers capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

As the sun will be shining (hopefully), both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day.

What food and drinks will be served?

Answer

We'll be offering a variety of canned drinks, and a couple of signature cocktails. Shuttle services will not be provided, so if you plan on drinking, please drink responsibly and arrange transportation from the venue. You may leave your vehicle at the venue overnight if you arrange for separate transportation. Vehicles must be retrieved by 9 AM. We’ll be having a buffet-style dinner with plenty of options for everyone to enjoy! If you have any food allergies or dietary needs, just let us know when you RSVP—we want to make sure you’re taken care of.

Is parking available on sight?

Answer

Yes, parking is available and free. There are parking attendants on site that will be greeting and directing everyone to the ceremony area. When you enter Stone Gables Estates, please turn right at the first turn to get to venue. There will be signs leading to the parking lot within the venue.

What is the layout of the vineyard?

Answer

St. Michael's Vineyard is comprised of a single walking path that branches off into separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. With that being said, there will be a moderate amount of walking throughout the night. The venue will be providing a complimentary golf cart running all night to assist anyone with mobility needs or if you just want to give your feet a break!
