To help us with planning, please kindly RSVP as soon as possible. The RSVP deadline is April 1st. If you know you are unable to attend, please send early regrets to the bride or groom! If you do not RSVP by April 1st, we will be unable to accommodate you at the weekend events.
Charter buses will pick up at 5:30pm and return at 12am to the Courtyard New York Manhattan/Central Park (listed on the travel tab). If you are not staying at this hotel, but would like to ride the bus, you will be responsible for getting to the Courtyard before the buses depart. If you opt to not take the bus, please call an Uber/Lyft - we do not recommend taking public transportation, and taxi's may be difficult to find.
Dress to Impress! Our wedding is black tie optional; neutral colors (black, brown, navy, muted green, etc). For men, this includes a dark suit & tie or a tux. For women, floor length dresses or gowns are appropriate. Please reserve white and colors similar for the bride. This is your moment to show off on the NYC streets, please wear whatever makes you feel your best!
Let's have fun! Cocktail attire, bright colors encouraged. Men please wear pants and a button-down shirt, jacket is optional. Women, cocktail dresses of any length - fun/colorful/textures!
We love your little ones! However, due to limited space, unless listed on your RSVP, children are not invited. Thank you for understanding!
The ceremony will start promptly at 6:30 pm, we ask that you are in your seats by 6:20. If taking the charter buses, you will depart from The Courtyard at 5:30pm to arrive to The Ravel around 6pm. Doors at the venue will open at 6pm and there will be a champagne welcome service upon guest arrival.
Transportation to the welcome party will not be provided. It is about a 12 minute drive from the hotels in midtown to the Gansevoort Rooftop in Chelsea. Please arrange for an Uber/Lyft/Taxi to get to and from the event - we recommend coordinating with other guests. If you're feeling brave, the subway will take you almost directly to The Gansevoort in just 20 minutes.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, followed by a cocktail hour and reception in a partially indoor/outdoor setting. Please dress accordingly. If it is raining, all activities will be moved indoors.
There will be an open bar at both the welcome party and wedding. Cheers!
Due to a limited amount of space, our invite list is firm. If you received a plus one, you will see this on your formal invitation and also under your name when you RSVP.
Unfortunately, large hotel blocks in NYC are hard to come by. On the travel tab, we have our recommended hotels listed, but feel free to stay wherever you like! (Just remember transportation for the wedding will be from The Courtyard Marriott in midtown).
NYC public transportation is easier than you think and very efficient! Apple Maps can guide you wherever you need to go, just select the transit option when mapping. As always, ask any NYC friends or frequents for assistance. Each subway ride is $2.90 and can be paid using Tap-To-Pay on your phone or tapping a credit card.
We have not yet selected our menu. Check back here closer to the wedding weekend for more meal info. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.
