What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early so you have plenty of time to find your seat and get settled.

Is there a dress code?

We kindly request guests to wear semi-formal attire. A comfortable change of shoes for the reception is recommended for dancing!

While we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Get ready to relax, enjoy, and dance the night away—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking available for the hotels?

Answer

Yes. There are various options for valet, street, and garage parking available adjacent to and near the hotels.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While there won’t be transportation to the ceremony, we’ve arranged buses to take guests from the hotels to the reception and back. The buses are set to depart around 4:15 PM, so please kindly indicate on your RSVP if you plan on using the buses.

Is there parking available for the ceremony?

Answer

Limited reserved parking is available from 1:45 - 3:45pm on the left side of S. Bellefield Ave between Forbes Ave and Fifth Ave. A Pittsburgh Police Officer will be present to help direct parking. Underground parking is available below Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum at 4141 Fifth Ave. Additional garage and street parking are available adjacent to and near the Chapel.

Yes, there is free on-site parking available at Kinsey Events Warehouse.
