We knew each other through close family friends. We did not know we both attended the same college, until we ran into each other a few times. We felt something between us, something more special than friendship that made us want to be closer. Our first official date was on St. Patricks' day of 2013, which continues to be a significant day for both of us to this day. Few days after, we went to the movies and had our first kiss during the movie 'OZ The Great and Powerful'- Michael still has the tickets!!!! :) and we became boyfriend & girlfriend on March 27th of 2013. Ever since, we have grown up together as a couple in love, as human beings, and soulmates. We have traveled around the world, we love to eat (Sushi), and we push each other to be our very best.

The proposal was on a perfect sunny day for a walk to the Cascades of Fairfield, a special place where Sara & Michael have enjoyed together through the years. Sara was not expecting what was about to come next :) . Finally after 5 years and a half of being together, Michael proposed to Sara at the Cascades of Fairfield on September 15th, 2018. Without hesitation, Sara's response was "YES!!!!!" Now our journey begins and it starts with unifying our closest friends and family at our wedding in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
