Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We absolutely LOVE your kids, but we have chosen to have a child free wedding week. Please reach out to us personally if you have any questions or concerns. We understand if this is challenging, and are happy to work with you to find solutions!

Can I stay somewhere else and still attend the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately no - to attend any of our wedding events you are required to stay at the resort for 3 nights minimum and book through the link provided. This is a requirement by the resort, so unfortunately we have no flexibility around this. Please let us know if you have any issues or concerns!

Can I use credit card points to book the resort?

Answer

No - you must book the resort through the link provided. We recommend you use points for your flights!

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding events are colorful formal/black-tie optional. We want you to feel your best and be comfortable! The vibe is elegant tropical, so wearing fun patterns/color is highly encouraged! The weather is warm during the day, and cooler in the evening. Highs of 85 degrees - lows of 70 degrees with a breeze. The resort has it's own dress code: Breakfast & Lunch is more casual - Shorts, Bermudas, Capri or long pants. Dress shirt, collarless shirt, or polo shirt. Dinner is more formal: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Long Pants & collard shirts for men are REQUIRED at most restaurants for dinner. They are not flexible on this and will turn you away! Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, and beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed at restaurants at dinner.

April 2027 is far away - what if something happens and I can't attend after I booked my room?

Answer

Life happens! You are allowed to cancel your room reservation up to 60 days prior to the wedding date via our travel agent. I recommend you book a refundable flight as well. Please notify us if you can’t make it- we understand!

Can I have a +1?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation to see if you have a guest. If you didn’t see a guest on your invitation, but would like to request one, just let us know! We’re more than happy to add one! Please note - your plus one's name needs to be updated and correct on the room booking. Meaning - if you need to change the name, you have until 30 days prior to booking. Passport Reminders

Answer

Please make sure your passport will be valid through November 2027 or you will be denied entry to Mexico. If you need to renew your passport- please do so by October 2026 to ensure it will arrive on time.
