Please be in your seat by 3:45pm at the latest as we would like to start the ceremony promptly at 4:00pm

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have rooms blocked off at The Delafield Hotel. If you would like to reserve a room there you must book it by no later than 10/6/2025. When you call to reserve, say it is for the Gruenke/Zortman Wedding. We also have a block of rooms reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Oconomowoc at 1443 Pabst Farms Circle, Oconomowoc, WI 53066. (262) 200-2222. You have until October 8 to book at this location. If you do not choose that location there are several other hotels in the area such as The Holiday Inn Express, or The Ingleside Hotel.

Please let us know what your allergy is and we will work to accommodate.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at The Delafield Hotel you can utilize. The valet opens at 3:30pm on the day of the wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony will be provided.
